No, really! And there are no surveys, no weird hoops to jump through. (I hate those!) Many of you will remember me talking about Revolution Money Exchange a few months ago. I have a question actually. Do you know any way to get the Sunday paper coupons and such without actually buying the paper? My husband and I are poor students who don’t want to buy the paper, but could really use the coupons for our family. Any advice would be great. Thanks for all that you do!!
I guess I am going to need to call and fix my problem with them. I have just been delaying it. But I now need to get in gear!

you can buy the inserts online, but they usually run about the same price! One insert will usually run about .70-.80 each. Several gas stations in the region sell the paper for .99 each–and we typically have 2 or more inserts each week.
Another option is to just wait and see. If a sale comes up for an item you could use a coupon on, you can buy the coupons online. For example, the .50 Cottonelle q that was in this weekends paper–I bought 10 of them for $1.25 plus shipping–less than $2 for 10 of them. I can typically pick up 10-20 of each coupon online for about $2-$3. With the cottonelle coupon, I know Kroger sells 4 roll packs of Cottonelle for .99, so I know I’ll get 10 packs of toilet paper for my $2 investment. Not a bad return!
Last, I know one guy locally who dumpster dives into those paper recycling dumpsters to get inserts. They’re typically clean and he can get dozens at once. Check your local laws…and read up on a recent Supreme Ct ruling that seems to say dumpster diving is legal in all states.
Is revolution money exchange still crediting 5.00 to your account for a total of 15.00? I have been slow activating mine. Thanks!
